English: Waterloo Tower in Quex Park, Birchington-on-Sea, Kent, England. This is a red brick bell tower with a ring of 12 bells (tenor 15 cwt) for change ringing. The tower is about 66 feet high. On top of it is a white-painted cast iron spire which is a further 65 feet high.
