English: The Old Queen Street School - Main Entrance. The Queen Street School was opened in 1844 as a National School and attempts are being made to ensure its preservation. Unfortunately it was not well constructed and it will be an expensive project. This photo shows the shored-up main entrance. Note extensive cracking of the brickwork above the arch. |
