English: Newhaven Museum, Avis Road, Newhaven This super little museum specialises in the maritime history of the town and is well worth a visit. It occupies the northern end of the "Garden Paradise" garden centre. Note the lifebelts above the door and the ships gun in the car park. Despite this picture being taken in July (note the hanging baskets) the garden centre still has its Christmas decorations - the Christmas trees. |
