Description
English: Fenton House, south side This is the avenue leading to the south entrance to Fenton House, a 17th century merchant's home which contains an outstanding collection of porcelain, needlework pictures and Georgian furniture, and the Benton Fletcher collection of early keyboard instruments, most of which are in working order. The delightful walled garden includes fine displays of roses, an orchard and a working kitchen garden. The property is owned by the National Trust and is open to the public.
