English: Implement shed at Manor Farm Museum, Cogges, Oxfordshire. The van on the right is a wheeled shepherd's hut which gave him shelter and warmth when he needed to be near the flock at lambing time.
These were in common use before WWll and some larger versions were later converted into static holiday accommodation, often to be found in a corner of the farm orchard. |
