Summary
DescriptionBeamish Museum street scene.jpg
English: Beamish Museum, County Durham, England. A busy scene sees no less than 5 reenactors and 3 modes of transport at the east and of the main street in Town. Almost obscured by all the activity, the building is the west facade of the bank. Out of shot to the left is a tram stop, which together with the fact there's no driver in the cab, presumably explains why the two ladies feel confident that Tram No. 10 isn't going anywhere any time soon. The horse drawn furniture wagon is perhaps kept in the small garage building here, squeezed between the bank and the Masonic Lodge. The gentleman on the motorcylce appears to have been stopped by a policeman, perhaps for speeding in a built up area?
