Summary

Description
English: Bass Museum sign near Burton-upon-Trent The pipe bridge over the Trent and Mersey Canal here has for many years displayed an advertisement for the famous Bass Museum of brewing. As Coors (who changed the museum's name to the Coors Visitor Centre in 2003), decided to close the museum in June 2008, it seems crass that this should be left on display; or are they hoping someone will finance and re-open it*?
  • Update 26.11.09 Looks like it will re-open Easter 2010. Someone's taken it on - and the shire horses will be back.
